As a dedicated counsellor specialising in Anxiety, Fear and Phobias. I help individuals regain a sense of calm, confidence and gaining control over their lives again. My practise is centred on providing a safe, understanding and confidential space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and begin the process of genuine emotional healing.My approach is Intergrative and evidence based, combining elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT). Mindfullness -Based Techniques, and Exposure & Response Therapy.(ERT). This allows me to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every client- Whether they are struggling with Chronic Anxiety. Panic Attacks, Specific Phobias, Social Anxiety, or fear related avoidance behaviour.
Therapy is a collaborative journey-Not a quick fix. On average clients begin to notice meaningful improvement within 6 to 12 sessions though this may vary depending on the individual goals, history and the depth of the issues explored. Some clients benefit from Short term Focused Therapy. While others choose longer term work to deepen self-understanding and maintain long term stability.
My mission is to help clients transform fear into strength. Manage anxiety with effective tools and rediscover a balanced, fulfilling life-free from the limits of fear.
