Hi I'm Katie. I’m an experienced integrative psychotherapist, who works with adults and young people. I specialise in working with trauma and anxiety, along with extensive experience of working with clients with ADHD.

Welcome! I’m Anna, although our office is located in London, I work online from Hull.

Since 2011, I have dedicated my practice to helping individuals confront their fears, phobias, and anxieties, guiding them toward a more peaceful and confident life.

I am an integrative counsellor specialising in supporting young women with anxiety. I use a person-centred approach meaning we work at your pace, bringing in techniques such as CBT and Transactional Analysis to help you manage your thoughts and look at your relationships. I aim to create a warm space to explore what is going on for you.
