As a dedicated therapist, I specialise in helping my clients overcome all forms of anxiety, fears, and phobias through a gentle and compassionate approach. By integrating techniques such as hypnotherapy, counselling, EFT, IEMT, NLP and mindfulness, I tailor each session to address my clients' unique needs, fostering a safe and empowering space for healing. My goal is to provide practical tools and structured support that enable lasting change, which helps my clients regain control and confidence in their lives.

I am an experienced, BACP registered counsellor with a special interest in treating anxiety, phobia, work-related stress and depression, as well as other issues, such as relationship difficulties, trauma and grief.
I will help you to manage your symptoms before they become overwhelming. My approach to anxiety and phobia is evidence-based and open-minded and I follow a holistic plan that uses a range of techniques which are tailored to your preferences and needs.
