Welcome - My name is Charlotte, I work from cosy therapy rooms in central Bristol. I work with clients that are struggling with anxiety and/or Neurodivergence differences.

I am a registered psychotherapist with experience supporting clients who are facing anxiety and fear. I use a variety of techniques and approaches to work through issues depending on the presenting problem/s, and your personality. I have experienced anxiety in the past myself so understand how challenging it can be. My goal is to provide practical tools and structured support that enable lasting change, which helps my clients regain control and confidence in their lives.
