Hi, I’m Lucy, an integrative therapist supporting adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, fear or self-doubt. I offer a gentle, relaxing space to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and to build real, lasting emotional freedom.
If anxiety has left you feeling stuck in your head, constantly second-guessing yourself, or struggling to slow down - you're not alone and it doesn't have to stay this way.
I offer a warm, grounded space to explore the emotional patterns that keep you in cycles of overwhelm. Whether you’re living with chronic worry, a loud inner critic or you find yourself people-pleasing at the cost of your own needs, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself with clarity and compassion.
My approach blends talking therapy, body-based awareness and practical tools that help you regulate anxiety - not just manage it. Together, we’ll gently uncover what your anxiety is trying to protect you from and begin to shift the deeper beliefs behind it. You don’t need to 'have it all figured out' to start therapy. You just need a space where your experience is met with understanding, not pressure. I’ll sit alongside you as you learn to trust yourself, find calm and move through life with more ease.

Online therapy
Online sessions run in exactly the same way as my in-person, they are 50 minutes long and offer a cheaper more convenient way of doing therapy for some. I follow regulations from the Working Online training and use Google Meets or Facetime, whichever is preferred by the client.Qualifications and registrations
