Introduction
I am passionate about helping my clients move beyond anxiety, fear, and phobias so they can lead the lives they truly want to live.
I support people who feel held back by overwhelming thoughts, persistent worries, or fears that seem to take control. I also work with those who want to understand where these feelings come from and begin to make sense of their past.
And sometimes, it’s both.
Anxiety can quietly shape our decisions, fear can limit our world, and phobias can make everyday situations feel impossible. Worry about the future, fear of the unknown, and distress linked to past experiences can leave us feeling stuck, trapped, or constantly on edge.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
My focus is to help clients gently face and understand their fears, reduce the hold anxiety has on their lives, and build confidence to move forward. I offer a safe, calm, and supportive space where you can explore these feelings at your own pace, without pressure or judgment.
I tailor my approach to each individual, drawing from a range of therapeutic methods to suit your needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach—because every experience of anxiety and fear is personal, and every person deserves support that reflects that.
I am also passionate about supporting young people who may be struggling with anxiety, fears, or phobias that affect their daily lives—whether that’s school, friendships, or family relationships. Together, we work towards helping them feel safer, more confident, and better able to cope, creating a healthier and more hopeful way forward.
