Are you fed up of living your life plagued by anxiety? Finding it hard to focus, afraid to step into tense situations, getting stuck in your own head, turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms, negatively impacting your relationships, preventing you from achieving your goals and dreams, and living your best life?
I’ve been there. Despite my many years of training in psychology and experience of helping hundreds of clients with their mental health problems, six years ago I hit rock bottom. I was severely depressed, anxious and experiencing panic attacks. I went to see my GP. They prescribed me medication and put me on a waiting list for cognitive behavioural therapy.
In my heart, I knew that neither of these options was the help that I needed.
I’m not against people taking medication or doing CBT but from my years of experience I had seen how these interventions could help address the symptoms of anxiety but not the root causes, oftentimes providing people with short term gains, only to find themselves battling anxiety again further down the line.
I knew that I was missing something. I knew that psychology was missing something. I knew that there must be a better way of helping people.
In that moment, I made a vow to myself that I would find the truth and figure out how to help people to the point that they never needed to rely on medication or traditional talking therapies again.
And do you know what? I only went and found it! Or perhaps I should say that the truth found me. Through a bizarre yet wonderful chain of events I found the only non-contradictory model for the mind and brain in the world. A model that has understanding a person’s uniqueness and thought process at its core.
I quickly realised that this is what we had been missing. Now, rather than focusing on the problem (anxiety) as a first step, I focus on the causes of the problem.
That’s why I start with two things:
Who a person is - this is your uniqueness. It’s who you are as a mind or soul. It’s the key to growing your self-esteem, unlocking an unlimited source of energy in your life and how you naturally connect with others.
How you are running your brain - this is your thought process. There are four thought processes that we can be in at any one time and this relates to whether you as a unique human are taking control of the steering wheel and driving your brain intentionally, or whether you are allowing a different part of your brain to run things for you!
When we allow our brains to run things for us, we crash. This is when we experience anxiety and its debilitating effects.
In order to live free from anxiety, we need to know how to repair damage in three areas:
Your amygdalae - This is the fight or flight centre of your brain. EMDR is generally looking to fix issues in your amygdalae.
Your unconscious brain - Psychodynamic therapy is generally looking to fix issues in your unconscious brain.
Your conscious brain - CBT is generally looking to fix issues in your conscious brain.
If you don’t repair damage in all of these areas, your anxiety is going to continue to be a problem. Let’s not fix part of the problem. Let’s dissolve the whole problem!
Since learning this information and applying it in my own life, I have been free of the stranglehold that anxiety had on my life. No more panic attacks. No more dread. No more catastrophising. When I experience anxious thoughts and feelings I know how to handle them with acceptance and grace, and get back on track quickly.

ANXIETY - You are not your brain! Understanding this means that you can stop your brain from running out of control with thoughts that keep causing anxiety. In helping you live free from anxiety I'll walk you through how to rehearse away your triggers, how to focus and how to take control of your conscious brain where all your thoughts, memories and imagination are.
TRAUMA: Your amygdalae (the fight or flight centre of your brain) do not know reality so you can rehearse away your triggers. When we experience trauma it damages our brain in three areas (conscious brain, unconscious brain and amygdalae). The trauma that you experienced isn't your fault but it is your responsibility to handle your triggers safely so that you don't cause further harm. I'll show you how to repair damage in all three areas.
LOW SELF-ESTEEM - Self-esteem is confidence in your uniqueness, That's who you are as your authentic self and how you naturally gain energy! Once you understand your uniqueness, I'll help you embrace it and then take ownership of it.... no more hiding in the shadows!
DEPRESSION - Have you ever noticed how nobody shows you how to get off anti-depressants? I have! And I can help you to live a life free from depression. The key to curing your depression is getting in touch with your unconscious brain. I'd be delighted to share with you the understanding and skills you need to do it.
PERSONAL GROWTH - Once you understand who you are, how your mind and brain works and how to flow you can intentionally help yourself and others. Helping other people on purpose means you can continually grow. I offer three pricing options:
→ OPTION 1:
Sessions are £90 per hour on a session-by-session basis.
→ OPTION 2:
I offer a 15% discount on block bookings of four sessions (i.e. £300 instead of £360 for 4 x 1 hour sessions) when paid in advance.
→ OPTION 2:
I offer a 30% discount on block bookings of eight sessions (i.e. £480 instead of £720 for 8 x 1 hour sessions) when paid in advance.
