Introduction
It can feel overwhelming when worry, tension, or panic start to take over daily life. It can be exhausting trying to hold it all together.
My aim is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can begin to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and rediscover a sense of balance and control.
Whether you’re struggling with general anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, or constant overthinking, we’ll work together to understand the patterns driving your anxiety and develop practical tools to manage it more effectively. I work integratively, incorporating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, person-centred and solution focused approached and I can tailor sessions to your individual needs.
Therapy with me isn’t about 'getting rid' of anxiety overnight, it’s about helping you build resilience, self-understanding, and confidence so that anxiety no longer defines your life. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in empathy.
