Online therapy
Working together on online (Zoom) means you can access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Many clients find being in a familiar environment helps them feel more at ease and able to open up.
Online sessions also remove the stress of travel, making it easier to fit therapy into busy lives while still receiving the same level of care, connection, and progress as face-to-face work. With secure video calls, we can create a safe, focused space for meaningful change, wherever you are in the world.
Inbetween sessions I provide excercises to help maintain the work we've done in session and I encourage updates via email to help keep you on track.

Qualifications and registrations
As an experienced therapist and coach, I combine evidence-based approaches with deep therapeutic work, tailoring every session to meet your individual needs. My extensive training in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and EFT allows me to address both the immediate symptoms you’re facing and the deeper roots of distress, ensuring lasting change rather than short-term fixes.
I also train other practitioners in EFT, which keeps me at the forefront of new developments in the field and continually enhances my practice. My work is trauma-informed, compassionate, and grounded in helping you feel safe, understood, and empowered to create a life beyond anxiety and past pain.

Clients often begin to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control within 6–12 sessions. Longer-term work is available for deeper healing and recovery, always at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
