I am an accredited, advanced-level hypno-psychotherapist specialising in anxiety and phobias. With over six years of experience, I have helped clients overcome their fears and achieve a sense of calm. I hold an an Advanced Level Postgraduate Diploma in Hypno-psychotherapy and have undergone extensive training in integrative therapy techniques. My solution-focused approach combines evidence-based methods with personalised, person-centred sessions tailored to each individual's needs.

I’m Thierry, an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist in Caterham specialising in anxiety, fear and phobias. I offer a calm, supportive space to help you manage panic, worry, emotional overwhelm and low confidence. Using humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT and holistic techniques such as EFT and hypnotherapy, I tailor each session to your needs and support deep, lasting change. I work face‑to‑face and online, helping clients feel calmer, more in control and more confident in everyday life.

I am Anissa, a BACP Accredited and experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I offer a compassionate trauma informed approach supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns. I have additional training in working with adults impacted by adoption. My integrative approach draws on Person-Centred and Psychodynamic Theories alongside Relational and Attachment-Based Theories, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology and other evidence-based modalities.
