With over six years of experience, I have helped clients overcome their fears and achieve a sense of calm. I hold an an Advanced Level Postgraduate Diploma in Hypno-psychotherapy and have undergone extensive training in integrative therapy techniques. My solution-focused approach combines evidence-based methods with personalised, person-centred sessions tailored to each individual's needs.
