Hi my name is Samantha, As a qualified counsellor specialising in anxiety, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported in their journey toward healing.

With a gentle Humanistic approach and deep empathy, I help individuals untangle the complex threads of anxiety and rediscover a sense of calm and self-confidence.

I have 17 years of experience as a psychotherapist to draw on in helping you to deal with anxiety. I tailor my approach to each individual using CBT alongside Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and others. I do understand how overwhelming anxiety can be and will offer you a safe place to talk whilst encouraging you to make the changes necessary to help you feel better.
