I hold an an Advanced Level Postgraduate Diploma in Hypno-psychotherapy and have undergone extensive training in integrative therapy techniques. My solution-focused approach combines evidence-based methods with personalised, person-centred sessions tailored to each individual's needs.

My area of expertise is in Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Complex PTSD as well as Neurodivergence. I also work with anxiety disorders and specific phobias, including emetophobia.
