Hi my name is Samantha, As a qualified counsellor specialising in anxiety, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported in their journey toward healing.

With a gentle Humanistic approach and deep empathy, I help individuals untangle the complex threads of anxiety and rediscover a sense of calm and self-confidence.

Maggie is a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) and former Co-Chair of the Somatic Experiencing Association UK. With more than 15 years' experience, she helps adults recover from trauma, abuse, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, grief and other overwhelming life experiences by working directly with the nervous system's natural capacity for healing and regulation. Clients seek her out when they feel stuck despite years of personal development or traditional talking therapies.

If anxiety, overthinking, or low confidence are taking a toll, I offer a calm and supportive space, alongside the right level of gentle challenge, to help you feel more in control. I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR and EFT tapping to reduce overwhelm and support lasting change. I also bring an understanding of generational patterns and how they can shape how we think, feel, and relate to others.

I am Anissa, a BACP Accredited and experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I offer a compassionate trauma informed approach supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns. I have additional training in working with adults impacted by adoption. My integrative approach draws on Person-Centred and Psychodynamic Theories alongside Relational and Attachment-Based Theories, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology and other evidence-based modalities. This allows me to tailor our work to your individual needs.

Helping you feel safer in your body, not just in your thoughts, I provide a warm, trauma-informed and nervous system-focused approach for trauma, anxiety, phobias, grief, and emotional wellbeing.
