I am an accredited, advanced-level hypno-psychotherapist specialising in anxiety and phobias. With over six years of experience, I have helped clients overcome their fears and achieve a sense of calm. I hold an an Advanced Level Postgraduate Diploma in Hypno-psychotherapy and have undergone extensive training in integrative therapy techniques. My solution-focused approach combines evidence-based methods with personalised, person-centred sessions tailored to each individual's needs.

I help people to understand who they are and how their brains work so they can live free from anxiety and never have to rely on medication or traditional talking therapies again.

My therapeutic approach integrates psychotherapy, counselling, and somatic awareness, recognising the deep connection between mind, body, and relationships. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore emotional and relational difficulties at their own pace. Drawing on Transactional Analysis and body-based practices, I support clients in gaining insight into unconscious patterns, increasing self-awareness, and working towards meaningful and lasting change.

I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, intrusive thoughts, trauma, low self-esteem, low self-image and low self-worth.

I can offer a warm, compassionate therapeutic approach in a safe, confidential and protected environment and provide a non-judgemental and empathic listening relationship for the client.

As a psychotherapist training in the pluralistic approach, I use a variety of therapeutic methods to tailor treatment to the client's unique, individual needs and goals.
