I have additional training in working with adults impacted by adoption. My integrative approach draws on Person-Centred and Psychodynamic Theories alongside Relational and Attachment-Based Theories, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology and other evidence-based modalities. This allows me to tailor our work to your individual needs.
