Welcome! I’m Anna, your (online) therapist located in Hull, England.

Since 2011, I have dedicated my practice to helping individuals confront their fears, phobias, and anxieties, guiding them toward a more peaceful and confident life.

I am Anissa, a BACP Accredited and experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I offer a compassionate trauma informed approach supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns. I have additional training in working with adults impacted by adoption. My integrative approach draws on Person-Centred and Psychodynamic Theories alongside Relational and Attachment-Based Theories, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology and other evidence-based modalities. This allows me to tailor our work to your individual needs.

Hi I'm Katie. I’m an experienced integrative therapist, who works with adults and young people. I specialise in working with trauma and anxiety, along with extensive experience of working with clients with ADHD.

If anxiety, overthinking, or low confidence are taking a toll, I offer a calm and supportive space to help you feel more in control. I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR and EFT tapping to reduce overwhelm and support lasting change. I also bring an understanding of generational patterns and how they can shape how we think, feel, and relate to others.

People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. For some it's when there's a crisis, for others it's to work on themselves, or better understand their relationships with others.
