I work with people navigating anxiety, over-thinking, fears, phobias, low mood, self-worth, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, or the sense of feeling stuck and disconnected. Whatever you're carrying, we’ll explore it gently, together – at your pace, and without judgement.

My role is to get to know you and for you to develop a greater understanding of yourself in a safe, confidential, supportive and jargon-free environment - a space for you to explore what you want to explore, also how you feel, think and act. Working at your own pace, I offer guidance and support so fresh ways of seeing yourself, the options and making choices become available. Alongside the issues you bring to counselling, we may look at where you would like to be in your life and what prevents you getting there, so far.

Anxiety doesn’t have to define your life. If you often feel restless, on edge, or caught up in racing thoughts, you are not alone and I can help. Many people find themselves living with an undercurrent of anxiety, while longing for a way to feel more grounded, more joyful, and more at ease.

I am a registered psychotherapist with experience supporting clients who are facing anxiety and fear. I use a variety of techniques and approaches to work through issues depending on the presenting problem/s, and your personality. I have experienced anxiety in the past myself so understand how challenging it can be.
